Please turn in your Labels for Education in the office at Stuard. There is a collection box marked as “Labels for Education”. Please be sure that your teacher’s name is on your collection sheet to receive credit for your class. Thank you for your support!

Stuard Student Council Welcome Mat Delivery
The awesome new Stuard flag, a gift from this year's fifth grade students, is unveiled at Field Day!
Friday is our Field Day, at AMS Football Field: 9:00-11:00 for 2nd and 3rd grades; 12:00-2:00 for 4th and 5th grades.
Concessions (provided by PTO) will be available. Please remember there is no food allowed on the track or football field.
We still need volunteers in the concessions booth for Field Day! Contact Jennifer Taylor if you can give us an hour or more this Friday: email@example.com
It’s Field Day time! The FOUR elementary schools in Aledo are having a combined day of FUN at the Aledo Middle School Stadium on May 17, 2013. We will travel by school bus to and from the field.
Question…“What can YOU do to help?”
Answer: Volunteer to work an hour shift at Field Day. (Please indicate on the form below.) 2nd-3rd gr. FD: 9:00-11:00; 4th-5th gr. FD: 12:00-2:00.

On Friday, January 18, Stuard Elementary held the School-wide Spelling Bee. Two contestants made it to Round 10 – 4th grader, Colton Campbell and 5th grader, Caroline Holmes. Caroline Holmes won the bee in the 11th Round with the word “salinity”. She will compete in the Area Spelling Bee at the 9th Grade Center in Weatherford on Friday, February 8.
